Financial Analyst with PowerBi Experience
Location:Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Mon-Thursday in office – Friday remote
Annual Salary:
Financial Analyst 2-3 years of experience - $110k + discretionary bonus (around 20%)
Senior Financial Analyst 4-7 years of experience - $110-130k + discretionary bonus (around 20%)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Required: Working knowledge of Power BI (advanced expertise not required)
• Required: Hands-on financial modeling experience; candidates will complete a case study
• Willingness to travel up to five times per year within the state of Florida
• Early-career or “upward trajectory” profile with strong potential
• Preferred: Experience in asset management, hospitality, investment management, or real estate finance

• Own portfolio-level budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial and operational KPIs
• Track and analyze occupancy, rate trends, revenue mix, and margin performance across assets
• Evaluate rent rolls, pricing strategies, labor efficiency, and expense management
• Prepare materials for investment committee and board presentations
• Manage recurring reporting deliverables and ad hoc analysis
• Support acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration
