Senior Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to its data science practice by delivering analysis and predictive modeling that inform product and business decisions. Key Responsibilities Identify valuable areas of investigation to enhance understanding of members, writers, and business Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop hypotheses and generate actionable insights Build and maintain statistical and predictive models to support business forecasting and strategic planning Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience as an in-house data scientist with a proven track record of driving business impact Proficiency in statistical programming with Python or R, and SQL for analytical queries Experience in building, validating, and deploying predictive and statistical models Strong collaboration skills with a history of cross-team and executive-level partnership Experience with ML engineering practices, dbt, or data engineering is a plus
