10-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
o Familiarity with projects involving platform modernization, data migration, and the decommissioning of legacy systems.
o Experience with client-facing digital platforms, self-service features, and digital onboarding processes (including KYC concepts).
o Exposure to AI/ML-driven product features (e.g., chatbots, process automation) is a significant advantage.
