Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: On-Site near Wooster, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday (On-Site)
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):Senior Accountant

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, and financial reporting
• Manage monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
• Administer employee benefits and 401(k) programs; coordinate with benefit providers
• Support HR processes including payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee onboarding

Qualifications (Senior Accountant): Senior Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Enterprise, NetSuite, or Sage) and Excel
