About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with mall management, tenants, and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter access points.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior.; Document observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in written reports and report unusual conditions, maintenance issues, and/or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
