Security Officer Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, residents, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a government services location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site personnel and/or public agency representatives as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entry points, common spaces, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and exits, verifying approved entry when required, and reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts.; Support a respectful environment by providing directions, de-escalating tense situations when possible, and following post orders related to client service operations and security-related responsibilities.
