About the Role
Allied Universal - South Chesterfield Road - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location; Screen individuals, personal property, packages, and/or vehicles entering or exiting the location in accordance with post orders, access protocols, and inspection guidelines; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity, screening results, and unusual events according to site procedures; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, screening areas, dock spaces, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or shipping-related documentation, and report policy violations, restricted items, or unauthorized activity to the appropriate personnel
