About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with campus personnel and first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and observe campus activity to help to deter trespassing, disruptions, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence; Complete routine reports and document incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity in accordance with Allied Universal and location guidelines
