About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions.; Support a professional environment by following Allied Universal standards, assisting with directional inquiries, and maintaining detailed incident and activity reports during each shift.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in security or customer service preferred
- Ability to follow procedures and report incidents
