About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.; Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, maintaining post logs, and providing courteous assistance with directions, information, and other security-related inquiries.

Qualifications
- HS or equivalent security-related training
- Ability to respond to incidents calmly
- Familiarity with access control and reporting
