About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.; Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for staff, guests, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with location guidelines.; Support daily operations by documenting activities, communicating with site contacts, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
