About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to post instructions; Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting visitors and staff with directions or questions, and following Allied Universal reporting procedures for incidents and escalations
