About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and patients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support orderly entry, exit, and movement throughout the location.; Assist with routine reports, incident records, and handoff communication, helping Allied Universal and site leadership stay informed of security-related matters.
