About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures, while offering directions and assistance to visitors and staff; Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and by assisting with de-escalation when appropriate

Qualifications
- Ability to respond to security incidents
- Experience in healthcare security may be preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
