About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity through site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as required, and support posted rules for restricted and operational areas.; Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or local responders regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, hazards, or conditions that could impact daily operations.
