Security Officer Experienced Patrol Opening

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate reporting channels.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, observe surroundings for suspicious behavior and/or maintenance concerns, and document security-related incidents in a clear and timely manner.; Support property staff, tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by providing directions, answering questions, and communicating professionally during routine operations and unusual events.
