About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, public access areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures and emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and first responders; Monitor visitor, tenant, and vendor activity and report maintenance concerns, access issues, and suspicious behavior according to site protocols; Support crowd management, access control, and directional assistance during busy periods, special events, and changing location conditions
