About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity.; Monitor access points and document security-related incidents and suspicious behavior.; Respond to incidents and maintenance concerns in a calm, professional manner and report details to site contacts and leadership.; Support daily property operations by assisting visitors and communicating with tenants, contractors, and first responders.
