About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and help to manage authorized entry, visitor interactions, and/or directional assistance while following location protocols.; Support campus operations by communicating with personnel, assisting during medical and weather-related events when appropriate, and completing routine reports related to daily activity.
