About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention; Monitor access points, observe public areas, and/or help to deter unauthorized activity, disruptions, and policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction; Document daily activities, patrol findings, and/or incident information accurately, and communicate with staff, visitors, passengers, and first responders when appropriate

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
