About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a government location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns.; Monitor access points and public areas, observe and report suspicious behavior, and support authorized entry procedures for staff, visitors, and/or contractors.; Document incidents, patrol activity, and/or notable observations in required reports, logs, and communication systems used at the location.
