About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, loitering, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence; Support property management and/or local authorities as appropriate during incidents, alarms, medical events, and other security-related matters
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; excellent communication
- Prior security or customer service experience (preferred)
