About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and exterior perimeter; Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic to support authorized entry; Complete routine reports and maintain accurate activity logs
