About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures, managing communications, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.; Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, relay information to site personnel, and document security-related activity in a clear and timely manner.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate resources and communicate updates to supervisors, personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.; Track vehicle, delivery, and/or personnel movement throughout the location, helping to maintain orderly access control processes and accurate dispatch-related records.; Conduct regular and random patrol support activities through remote monitoring and coordination with on-site personnel, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
