About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and actions according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directions and general inquiries, and document security-related concerns, incidents, and/or policy violations; Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts and first responders when appropriate, following post orders, and maintaining professional presence throughout the location
