About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, access issues, and/or potential policy violations.; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public-facing spaces while verifying credentials, screening authorized access, and supporting order throughout the location.; Operate assigned communication devices and related equipment, remain prepared to respond to alarms and calls for service, and complete required reports related to daily activities and incident response.
