Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government corrections location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site leadership and/or public agency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, verify credentials, control entry and exit activity, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or prohibited items in accordance with site procedures.; Support emergency and security-related response efforts by following post orders, maintaining awareness of surroundings, and coordinating with supervisors and/or first responders during incidents.
