About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, then report observations to site leadership in accordance with post instructions.; Assist with access control, after-hours checks, and/or closing procedures while maintaining a professional presence and supporting daily store operations.
