Security Officer Access Intake Coordinator

About the Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and supporting authorized entry and exit activity at the location.; Monitor entry points, badge activity, and visitor logs to help maintain orderly access to utility-related facilities, restricted areas, and other designated locations.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unauthorized access, damaged barriers, and other conditions that may require security-related attention.; Document incidents, access exceptions, and daily activity in required reports, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.
