Penney - - Responsibilities: Proactively recommends retail products based on guests' needs, stylist consultation and seasonal promotions; Achieves or exceeds individual retail sales goals and contribute to overall salon sales targets; Educates guests on the benefits and usage of products to support their at-home care routine; Ensures front desk operations run smoothly, including accurate scheduling, guest check in and out and payment processing; Upholds a high standard of hospitality and collaborates with stylists, managers, and fellow Customer Experience Specialists
