J. C. Penney - - Responsibilities: Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional experience at the front desk; Maintain front desk operations including accurate scheduling and payment processing; Promote and sell retail products to meet sales targets; Upsell salon products and encourage guest rebooking and rewards/credit card usage; Maintain salon cleanliness and inventory management in the front desk and retail areas
