Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink; Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and developing strategies using company programs and resources; Plan and optimize store scheduling leveraging payroll budgets to maximize productivity; Plan and execute in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience and drive sales goals; Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service
