About the Role
J. C. Penney - - Responsibilities: Direct customer service and sales activities in store; resolve customer issues and concerns.; Manage merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET, and Visual process execution; maintain high merchandise presentation standards.; Lead planning and execution of all merchandise and visual elements in the store, including pricing and signing processes.; Train, mentor, and coach all associates; oversee omnichannel processes (Ship from Store, Buy Online Pick Up In Store, Curbside Pickup).; Drive profitable sales growth in specialty businesses (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and identify sell-through opportunities; oversee associated training and processes.
