About the Role
MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Provide exceptional guest service by welcoming all customers and creating memorable WOW moments.; Own the full guest journey by building strong relationships and driving retention and repeat business.; Log customer information, purchases, and communications in the CRM and follow up with guests per management cadence.; Travel or host clients for events while representing the Rolex brand with expertise.; Adhere to service standards, in-store protocols, and appearance guidelines including Rolex attire.

Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality or customer service preferred.
- CRM experience or familiarity with guest databases preferred.
