About the Role
Cherrelyn Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As an RN, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents while supporting our mission-aligned partner, Stellar Living, which is dedicated to building sustainable communities and enhancing residents’ quality of life. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will monitor residents’ conditions, respond promptly to changes in status, and ensure accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with all regulatory and clinical standards. Your leadership will be essential in guiding and mentoring CNAs and other care staff, promoting best practices in infection control, safety, and quality improvement, and fostering a collaborative, respectful environment. In alignment with Stellar Living’s culture of innovation, diversity, and professional growth, you will be encouraged to contribute ideas to improve clinical processes, enhance resident satisfaction, and strengthen community engagement within the center. You will serve as a key point of contact for residents and their families, providing education, emotional support, and clear communication about care plans, treatments, and ongoing health needs. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about long-term and post-acute care, enjoys working in a team-focused environment, and is motivated to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.
