About the Role
HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this leadership role, you will coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations, guide nursing staff, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. You will support patient assessments, care planning, and transitions of care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The role includes mentoring nurses, supporting quality and safety initiatives, monitoring clinical outcomes, and promoting a culture of compassion, teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement.
