About the Role
Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead to support our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care while leading and mentoring a team of RNs and support staff. You will coordinate clinical workflows, oversee care quality and safety, and support evidence-based practice. The Clinical Lead collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, assists with staffing and scheduling, and supports onboarding, training, and performance feedback. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong clinical judgement, leadership, and a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
