Burlington - - Responsibilities: Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor); Ensuring back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization are at standard; Reinforce our company Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortage; Directing associates and workload; Coaching associates in the moment and providing recognition

Qualifications
