Staples - 155 Cherokee Place - Responsibilities: Own weekly sales and merchandising activities; Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store; Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion; Focus on providing an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and providing total solutions to every customer; Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities within the store
