About the Role
Dick's Sporting Goods - - Responsibilities: Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience; Assist with unloading trucks and processing freight, transfers, RTVs, claims, and freight processing; Uphold merchandising and presentation standards and ensure backroom organization for easy access to merchandise; Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform tasks as assigned by management; Fulfill the customer experience by completing processes according to service level standards
