Ollie's Bargain Outlet - 3725 Ramsey Street, Unit 190 - Responsibilities: Lead the sales team and ensure a positive associate and customer experience; Oversee merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight; Assist Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting; Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations; Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth
