About the Role
Shake Shack - 41865 Ford Road - Responsibilities: Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.; Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.; May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).; Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.; Ensure adherence to standards to deliver excellent guest experiences.
