About the Role
Shake Shack - 3106 E Saginaw Street Suite A Lansing - Responsibilities: Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed; Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members; May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.); Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations
