About the Role
Taco Bell - - Responsibilities: Be the leader of the team who sets the tone of the work environment and the level of customer hospitality; Oversee profit and loss management, including cash control/security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management; Recruit, hire, and develop team members and shift leads, conduct new hire orientations, and create training plans for each new hire; Maintain a friendly attitude and strong customer service skills; Ensure all team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions
