Recruiter
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + sign-on bonus + bonus

Recruiter Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective search strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure strong alignment with both role and mission
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience
• Assist with onboarding coordination and recruitment-related reporting
Recruiter Qualifications:
• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
• Ability to work on-site in Raynham, MA five days per week
• Passion for working in a mission-driven, nonprofit environment
