This role is critical to ensuring cross-functional alignment, tracking integration-related activities, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and excels at driving accountability, managing details, and keeping leadership and teams focused on key priorities./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pProject Coordination Execution/pulliSupport day-to-day coordination of merger-related initiatives within the Supply Management COE/liliTrack and manage action items, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are clearly documented and met/liliMaintain centralized trackers and project plans to provide visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies/liliAssist in identifying bottlenecks and escalating issues when needed/li/ulpMeeting Management Communication/pulliSchedule, coordinate, and support recurring and ad hoc project meetings/liliCapture clear and actionable meeting notes, including key decisions and next steps/liliDistribute meeting summaries and follow-ups to stakeholders in a timely manner/liliEnsure action items are assigned and tracked to completion/li/ulpStakeholder Accountability/pulliProactively follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure commitments are fulfilled/liliHelp reinforce timelines and priorities across teams involved in the merger integration/liliAct as a central point of coordination to keep all parties aligned/li/ulpLeadership Support/pulliProvide calendaring and scheduling support for COE leadership/liliAssist in preparing materials, agendas, and communications for leadership meetings/liliSupport ad hoc administrative and operational needs/li/ulpDocumentation Process Support/pulliMaintain organized documentation of project artifacts, decisions, and processes/liliSupport the development of standardized templates and tracking tools/liliHelp drive consistency and best practices across project execution/li/ulpWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
