Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer projects, timelines, and day‑to‑day communication
- Complete required documentation and upload information through customer portals
- Coordinate shipping needs, quality requirements, and support customer audits
- Enter and update order details, pricing, and delivery information in the ERP system
- Resolve customer questions or issues related to schedule changes or shipments
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related environment
- Experience with production processes (such as fabrication, machining, or similar hands‑on manufacturing environments)
