We are seeking
Primary Care physicians
to join our employed multi-specialty group serving communities throughout Northeast Ohio. Full-time and part-time options available. The Practice Experience Collegial team of 60+ employed primary care physicians and advanced practice providers
Strong clinical and administrative support with a longstanding commitment to primary care
Patient-centered, population health-driven care model
Epic EMR with ambient listening technology to reduce documentation burden
Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
Established referral network within the medical group, ACO, and community partners
Opportunities to participate in medical student, resident, and fellow education
Compensation & Benefits Competitive guaranteed salary, comprehensive benefits, retirement match, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and paid time off
Up to $150,000 in incentives , which may include: Signing bonus
