We’re looking for a PMO Manager candidate to support our Power and Energy group . This role can be in any of our Jacobs offices in the NorthEast US. Develops, writes, and edits material for reports; various technical and administrative reports; analyzes trends and works with management within program. Reviews work processes, data and make recommendations for improvements with a proven ability to distill complex business issues into easily understandable terms for a variety of audiences. The selected candidate must have excellent team-player attitude, with ability to consistently demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, mutual respect and accountability to others. Must be able to review the work of others for accuracy, completeness and interact to obtain any needed clarifications. Leads informational and educational meetings for various topics. This position interacts with the senior management team in the program and must follow up with client and subcontractors management for completing projects. It requires exceptional communication and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and projects. We are a fast moving program and work varied hours. Candidates must be able to accommodate schedule changes and work as needed to complete work. Technical/Functional Responsibilities Organizes data, graphs and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular interval Compares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data Reviews published reports, materials and recommends revisions or changes in data, format, or content Performs data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software tools Follows quality and continuous improvement principles in executing projects, programs and portfolios Gathers all data and processes to guide training materials and learning opportunities Here’s what you’ll need Bachelor’s degree with strong emphasis on communication, business, finance or accounting preferred, others considered 5-7 years’ experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities Capable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives to achieve quality solutions Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical Strong detail orientation and problem solving skills Must have the ability to contribute in a team environment and work across multiple departments Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting, accounting concepts, and auditing and reconciling multiple invoices and multiple budgets Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products Proven ability to work under pressure Review team deliverables and coordinate feedback from stakeholders Facilitate project meetings and produce/distribute meeting documents Contribute toward improving methods and practices Ideally, you’ll have MBA Quality experience Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
