Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California PT license required prior to start of assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred. Demonstrated experience with patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation in an electronic medical record system preferred. Current ACLS or specialty certifications required if specified by the facility; list as preferred if not explicitly required by client.
